The taste of the excellence

Everything in the production process of this oil, from the seeds to the container, has been done to guarantee nothing else than the best result possible

Product origin

This organic extra virgin oil is obtained from pressing olives, harvested in a mild and windy climate, from centuries-old plants within the Madonie Park at an average height of 650 meters above sea level. The particular location prevents insects from attacking the olives, avoiding the use of pesticides and resulting in a low level of acidity in the oil. Extracted at cold temperature and stored in stainless steel silos equipped with a nitrogen system to avoid contact with the air
