How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once the order is completed, you will receive a message confirming your order to the registered email address. In case you did not receive the email, please check the Junk or Spam folders in your mailbox

How do I know where my order is?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email or a text message to the phone number indicated during the purchase with the tracking link of the package. Please log on the courier website and input your tracking number to locate the order.

What should I do if there is something missing or a damaged product in the received package?
If at the time of delivery in the package there were missing products, other than those ordered and / or damaged, please accept the goods by the courier and contact immediately Eat Amore Customer Service at contact@eatamore.co.uk providing the following: your contact details, order number, photos of the damaged or wrong product received (making sure any damage and the label are visible).
We commit to reply within 48 hours from the enquiry. 

Is there a minimum order?
We require £30 minimum value for an order on our website. 

I can't register / conclude the purchase. What can I do?
If you have difficulty browsing or making a purchase on Eat Amore online store, try by updating your browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to the latest version available.
Should the problem persists, please contact us at contact@eatamore.co.uk explaining the issue encountered. We commit to reply within 48 hours from the enquiry.

When will I receive my order?
We deliver next day all orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday.
Any order placed after 3pm will be likely received within 48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends are processed during the next available working day for next day delivery. 

During the Christmas and busy festive periods, delivery times could be longer.

When the courier has taken charge of your order, you will receive an email and / or a text message to the phone number indicated during the purchase, with the order tracking link.

If I am not satisfied with a product, can I return it?
Should you not be satisfied with our products or services, you can write us at contact@eatamore.co.uk.

Which products can I ask to exercise the right of withdrawal for?
Any product within 12 hours from when the order was placed. After that, once the items have been delivered, they can be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery. It is mandatory to keep all goods unopened and return them in perfect conditions. Eat Amore will not be responsible for the cost of the return. Once the returned goods reach our distribution center, they will be subject of inspection and, if confirmed the good conditions, we will immediately process the refund directly to the payment method used to purchase them.

Eat Amore provides extensive product information in all product pages.

How can I propose my products / services to Eat Amore?
We apply a strict selection of our suppliers to preserve and guarantee quality and traditions.
New suppliers will need to provide high quality products and guarantee traceability of the production chain (clear view on production processes, source of the ingredients, health and safety standards).
