Born in the flames of a volcano

Grown in a hostile environment to become a unique and rare extra virgin olive oil

product origin

The altitude combined with the volcanic soil give to this type of olives rare characteristics. Once pressed, the result is a precious oil that presents a unique aromatic profile enriched by all the typical scents from the Mount Etna. On the palate the sweetness of ripe tomato prevails accompanied by a pleasant note of fresh grass. Harvested between October and November, olives are hand picked and pressed at cold temperature
