Preparation and usage

This particular pasta shape is dated back to the 16th century in the regions of Northern Italy. The name means "butterflies" and although usable with most sauces, farfalle is best suited to cream and tomato sauces.

LINGUINE GRAGNANO

Pasta di Gragnano PGI is a dry pasta obtained from a mixture of durum wheat flour and water from the local aquifer of Gragnano, near Naples.
Linguine is a type of pasta similar to fettuccine and trenette but elliptical in section rather than flat. It is about 4 millimetres in width, which is wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettuccine. The name linguine means "little tongues" in Italian.
Preparation and usage
1- Add water in a large pot and bring it to boil
2- Add at least one tablespoon of salt
3- Toss in the pasta and stir occasionally
4- Cook without the lid for the time indicated on the packaging, either "al dente" or "well done"
5- Drain the pasta and stir in your favourite sauce or pesto

Should no one be at home, the parcel will be available for collection from the closest DHL depot. Information on the depot location can be found on the DHL communication left after the third delivery attempt (usually via card or email/text notification).

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed.
We deliver next day all orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday*.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed after 3pm (in this case, delivery might take place within 48 hours from order confirmation).
*Orders placed on Friday within 3pm will be delivered on the next available working day (usually Monday unless Bank Holiday)
*Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be picked up by our courier on the next available working day and delivered the following working day from the pick up date (e.g. an order received at 4pm on Friday will be picked up by DHL on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday). Pick up and delivery dates might differ due to Bank Holidays.

In rare cases our couriers might not be able to deliver goods next day.

Free delivery on all orders from £60 and above.
For orders below £60 a £6.95 delivery charge applies (minimum order £30)
