Tajarin with Etna volcano pesto

Quick, easy and tasty recipes are a great way to enjoy the full flavours of Italian cuisine preparing them real quick. Whether you do not have time to cook or you are busy with work, they will fix a tasty meal for 2 or more people.

160g Tajarin pasta 
4 tbsp Etna volcano pesto
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Bio
50g Parmesan cheese

(1) Boil plenty of water in a pot, add salt and toss in Tajarin pasta.

(2) Cook and dry them "al dente". Add extra virgin olive oil.

(3) Bring the tajarin back to the cooking pot and add the Etna volcano pesto. Stir well

(4) Dish up, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
