Rigatoni Amatriciana

Quick, easy and tasty recipes are a great way to enjoy the full flavours of Italian cuisine preparing them real quick. Whether you do not have time to cook or you are busy with work, they will fix a tasty meal for 2 or more people.

160g Rigatoni    
4 tbsp Amatriciana sauce   
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil BIO   
50g Parmesan cheese

(1) Boil plenty of water in a pot, add salt and toss in rigatoni pasta.

(2) Cook and dry them "al dente". Add extra virgin olive oil

(3) Bring the rigatoni back to the cooking pot and add the amatriciana sauce.
Stir well

(4) Dish up and sprinkle Parmesan on top
