Honey biscuits


A great way to enjoy honey; the easy preparation for this biscuits represents a great way to spend the winter afternoons. 

Wholemeal flour 200g
Acacia honey 100g
Eggs 1
Yeast powder for sweets 1/2
Can sugar to taste

(1) Put the honey in a container. Add the egg and mix with the help of a fork.

(2) Sift the flour and vanilla baking powder. Start kneading first with a fork and then with your hands.

(3) When the dough no longer sticks to your hands form a ball and cover it with cling film. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Take back the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.

(4) Roll out and create the biscuits with the shape you prefer. Put the biscuits in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with honey on the surface and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Decorate with a sprinkling of icing sugar .
